This Sunday, Pastor Ray kicked off our Advent Series! Pastor Ray used the story of Joseph finding out that Mary was pregnant and hearing from God about how to handle this situation. Pastor Ray highlighted the fact that Joseph had a good foundation to hear God’s word and because of this Joseph was able to understand and obey the word. With this story, Pastor Ray invited us to go inward and think about how we are setting the pace, perspective, and priorities in our own lives to be one centered around God always, not just when we need him.
